On Saturday, June 17, 2017, the Surfrider Foundation will host more than 200 events globally in celebration of the 13th International Surfing Day (ISD), an annual event to raise awareness, engage communities and support to help protect and preserve our ocean for future generations.

We are hosting a local International Surfing Day event at Promenade Park at Surfers’ Point in Ventura on Saturday June 17th from 8am til Noon, and people of all ages are invited to join.

8:00am – Yoga Session

9:00am – 11:00 – Beach Cleanup and / or Free Surf Session

11:00am – Noon – Frisbee Demo with Disc Golf Putting Contest

Bring the kids to learn some tips! Snacks and prizes provided.

ISD is one of the largest global activations on the planet with Surfrider events taking place in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, France, the UK, Argentina, Japan and more than 90 events activated in the United States.
